Dealing with conflict

I always base my talks and articles on what I need to focus on and lessons I have learned in my own life. 

Don’t misunderstand me, I love my life and am so grateful for it.  However, to be honest, I also allow my life to get out of balance, by allowing negativity and doubt to creep in, and sometimes this does not feel very peaceful. 

I sometimes feel like these blogs become a letter to myself reminding me what I have done to create harmony and peace in my own life.  On the other hand, it sometimes also gently nudges me to be more aware and more mindful and to live more consciously and intentionally; things happen in the outer world that tempt me to forget about my inner peace or to act in ways that threaten that peace. 

In this series, I want to share with you some lessons from my own life that have helped me as I continue to create a peaceful life.  Make no mistake, I am a work in progress, so this blog is a reminder to myself.
