Dealing with conflict

I realized that there are probably many people who (at least occasionally) have thoughts of not being worthy or not being good enough.  And, sometimes, we experience the “imposter syndrome”. 

Although I try to live in that higher consciousness, for me, there are occasional flashes of “What qualifies me to write anything about peace” or “Will I make a difference by doing so”?  “Am I good enough for this”?

After speaking with the lady from last week’s blog, I started reflecting on ways I have been able to stop this chattering mind with its negative ego based self-talk and create peaceful moments that lead to more conscious living. 

Next week we will start exploring the ego and how it can destroy our feelings of worthiness and ravage our peaceful existence.  See you then.
